On the 16th and 17th of December, the IX International Simposium of Strength training development will take place in the Faculty of Sports Science and physical activity (INEF) at the University Politécnica Madrid. This annual event has attracted more than 450 guests and was a total success, both in terms of the level of expertise showcased, and in its organization.
This edition featured prestigious speakers such as Dr. Brad Schoenfeld, one of the top world experts in strength training and hypertrophy, and Dr Barbara Ainsworth, creator of the Compendium of physical actvities, the most important database for energy expenditure in physical activities.
Just like in previous editions, we were entrusted with the job of providing simultaneous interpreting services.
