The job is articulated through cloud-based translation tools that are integrated into our own management system to streamline flows and offer a transparent service. This system involves a client portal that allows them to track projects in real time and access individual reports.
Technological Integration
The different language resources we use rely on this technological infrastructure. We use translation memories that bring together already translated documents to ensure consistency across texts and make the most of previously completed work, as well as the client’s term glossaries to adhere to their terminology and language preferences. Under the right circumstances, when the client requests it, we also use artificial intelligence engines to produce a draft that will then be checked and post-edited by a specialised translator.
Confidentiality
In order to guarantee data security, we work with encrypted platforms for professional translation embedded in controlled environments that allow us to manage projects efficiently and securely. These tools are always used under our supervision and as part of our own work processes, which means we can keep track of the entire process and guarantee information confidentiality. Unlike other tools, the environments in which we operate are specifically set up for professional purposes, subject to strict data protection standards and a responsible processing of information.
