In the same vein as our previous post, and given the growing demand of these sorts of documents, we are going to explain the necessary steps for making a notarial document valid in Saudi Arabia<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Firstly, one needs to legalize the signature<\/strong> of the notary in the corresponding Notarial school<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Next, one has to obtain the corresponding legalization<\/strong> from the Ministry of Justice<\/strong>. Specifically, from the Legalizations Office: c\/Bolsa, n\u00ba 8, the opening hours of which is Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00. Documents are legalized in the moment (a maximum of 4 in one sitting).<\/li>\n
  3. Once the document has been legalized, you can proceed with the sworn translation<\/strong>, be sure to clearly signal the aforementioned seal of approval of the Notarial College and Ministry of Justice.<\/li>\n
  4. In the Ministry of foreign affairs and cooperation<\/strong>, the signature of the sworn translator will be legalized<\/strong>. This document can be expediated in the following ways:
    \nBy appointment: http:\/\/citaprevia.maec.es\/citaprevia\/
    \nBy post: send the original document and sworn translation by certified post along with a Postal Express stamp in which the return address is clearly written.
    \nAddress: Ministerios de Asuntos Exteriores. Secci\u00f3n de Legalizaciones. c\/ Juan de Mena, 4. 28014 Madrid. Tel\u00e9fono: 91 379 96 00<\/li>\n
  5. Finally you need to find diplomatic or consular representation acredited in Spain, for the country in which the document is to take effect, in this case the Consulate of Saudi Arabia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    As we previously mentioned, the procedure varies according to the country of destination and the nature of the document (notarial, judicial, academic etc.). This article should thus only be considered as a rough guide.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
